Rachael Nofsinger - License Massage Therapist

"After working at a day salon and spa for 11 years I decided to follow my dream of working independently with my massage practice. What I love most about what I do is seeing and feeling my clients quality of life improve by providing my clients with relief from their muscular tension and myofascial restrictions. Massage can work wonders for tension headaches, anxiety, frozen shoulder, depression, tight hips, planter fasciitis, arthritis, diabetes, and much more! I am also a trained doula and enjoy working with prenatal clients as well. My prenatal table is a big hit for those growing bellies! "

Lydia Baumgartner - License Massage Therapist
My name is Lydia Baumgartner, and I am a licensed graduate from the Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts. I have been practicing massage therapy since 2012, with experience in both a spa and medical settings.  With over 8 years of experience in both spa and medical settings, I pride myself in customizing each session to your specific needs using modalities such as deep tissue, relaxation, acupressure, trigger point, hot stone therapy, prenatal massage, and myofascial release.  I believe that massage therapy is not only a form of relaxation to unwind from all of life's obstacles, but also a valuable tool to help ease pain both short-term and long-term. My main goal is to be a conduit for my clients' healing processes while providing a safe and supportive atmosphere. Massage has been such a key component in my health journey, formerly dealing with migraines for almost 12 years of my life, that it has really ignited a passion for me to help others in their quest to live as happy, pain-free, and as comfortable as possible.
